GENERAL CONDITION

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Linen
• Private car park
• Use of water, gas and electricity, use of washing machines in laundry
• Final cleaning charges
• WIFI connection

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

• Check-in from 4pm to 12pm (other times on request)
• In cases of postponed arrival we are obliged to charge 100% of the rental fee for the entire booked period.
• Check-out by 10a.m.

DEPOSIT

• A deposit is requested at time of booking and will be retained in cases of cancelled bookings.

TOURIST TAX

• In addition to the price of the reservation a tourist tax of € 1.00 will be applied per night per person, children under 18 are excluded.

PAYMENT

• We accept payments in cash up to €3000 as allowed under Italian law, there is the possibility to pay your bill by bank transfer.
• Credit cards accepted

CANCELLATIONS

• In cases of cancellations the entire deposit will be retained.
• 100% of the rental fee will be charged in the case of cancellation made 15 days or less before check-in.

HOUSE RULES

• Pets welcome (extra added fee for cleaning)
• Smoking permitted, preferably in outdoor areas (terrace, garden..)

EXTRA FEES

• On request the possibility to change linen (€12.00 a person)
• On request daily cleaning of apartment.
